I know you’ll want to know: Attic Salt means delicate wit.

The name was chosen because it represents the light hearted feeling I want you to take away from our time together. It’s also because my name, Lauren Pokrzywa, is hard to get your tongue around.

I have a Degree in Media, and two Diplomas in Visual Communication and Photo Imaging. I apply myself wholeheartedly to each and every image and understand that being photographed is an intimidating experience, although it doesn’t have to be. Most people find me through word of mouth from someone who left my studio feeling better than when they arrived and liked the way I captured them.

I’m as happy to be working with dogs and children as I am with animals and humans of all kinds. Building a still life to fulfil a brief is another something I enjoy working on.

My studio is showered in natural light and filled with plants and in more good news - we have parking on site.
